NORTHERN SUBURBS LOCATION - CONTRACT UNTIL END OF JUNE WITH EXTENSIONS LIKELY!

Or client is an established organisation based out of Northern suburbs, looking for 2 Service Desk Officers to join their Infrastructure team.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop support.
• Interact with diverse groups of people, both orally and in written communication.
• Experience in PC/laptop upgrade and software upgrade.
• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, OR relevant substantial experience in information technology.
• Demonstrable skills in logical technical problem solving and fault resolution.
• A thorough understanding of PC technology and Microsoft office products.
• Ability to use standard procedures in solving technical problems on client equipment.
• Must have Current Driver’s Licence.
