Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Skilled and enthusiastic engineer who can provide operational support for workplace and end user machines.
- Experience in Ticketing System, ServiceNow, etc.
- Installing applications, troubleshooting issues with office applications and other
- Performing OS upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10
- Technology; ability to document processes and procedures.
- Attending user calls and fixing issues for users
- Must be strong team player
- Outstanding Customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
