The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a Level 2 Service Desk Technician to come and join our growing ICT team on a 9-month fixed term contract.
In this role you will partner with new and existing employees using ACCIONA devices and infrastructure to support managing their computers, operating systems, applications, and mobile services.

Key accountabilities for the position:

  • Provide support, including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, using the ITSM tool Service Now.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Microsoft) and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor your ticket queue (requests and incidents) and reprioritise your workload to ensure all tickets are resolved within the defined SLAs.
  • Provide clear and concise notes within ServiceNow against each ticket, and where necessary, update/develop Knowledge Base articles.
  • Work closely with the wider ICT team, both locally within Australia and globally with our Parent Company, to achieve the best possible outcome for the End Us.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience gained in a Level 2 environment ideally within a large matrix organisation.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Office 365 PC programs,
  • Experience in PC Hardware configuration, including maintaining printers and scanners.
  • Excellent communication skills.
