    About The Role
    As a Technology Support Officer – Tier 2, you will support Endeavour Foundation to reach business goals by ensuring system integrity and operational excellence for staff. By working both autonomously, and as part of the Technology team, effective support and resolutions will be delivered through application of in-depth knowledge, skills and excellent customer service.

You will:

  • Provide frontline technology user support to the Endeavour community via technology support to maintain operational integrity ensuring delivery of ICT infrastructure.
  • Support services through delivery via telephone and in person, but may also be on- site or by e-mail to ensure effective communication is upheld.
  • Travel to remote sites to ensure Endeavour technology support is met across various locations across Queensland.
  • Maintain knowledge in a broad, constantly evolving assortment of policies, procedures, and technologies, providing maturity and reliability of user support that accurately and consistently meets organisational
  • Maintain security of Endeavour hardware and software assets and equipment and enforce policies as required to meet organisation’s standards.
  • Providing resolutions to issues by establishing the correct software and hardware prerequisites

About You
