  KU Mosman Community Preschool is located in the heart of Mosman and caters for children aged 3-5 years Monday to Friday between 8am - 3:30pm during NSW school term time. We take a special interest in children’s literature and this is incorporated into our program through activities such as group-time discussion, author and illustrator studies, and the reading of good quality children’s literature. We believe preschool is a warm and welcoming place where children and families can enjoy a sense of belonging – a place where children can enhance their confidence and celebrate the joy of being a child.

Degree Level : Early Childhood Teacher 4 Year Degree Equivalen

You will bring your sound pedagogical knowledge, experience of developing and maintaining relationships with children and families, rostering, mentoring, daily routines, policy implementation whilst building a harmonious working environment. We are also looking for you to lead the development of our dedicated art space.
This role will be teaching on the floor 4 days a week and have 1 day a week dedicated to administration duties. You will have support of a dedicated and experienced service administrator as well as the Education and Quality team, education support manager, child protection team, learning and development facilitator and wider support services available across the organisation.
You will receive a generous director’s allowance in addition to sector leading payrates. KU Mosman regularly engages with the community, but further opportunities exist for this to occur in the wider community, so an experience and interest in engaging with communities is desirable.
