We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Industry experience including Service Referral and Intake or computer science, information technology qualification
  • Understanding of and demonstrated competency with software including as a minimum, MS Access and Excel
  • Possess a functional level of knowledge relating to the SD and its specific spreadsheet software.
  • Understanding how these programs function and knowing how to execute solutions where required, is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing all existing SD data set entries
  • Initiating and recording email and telephone contact with listed services to track data return compliance.
  • Re-entering / merging files to update outdated or incomplete data sets per service requirements
  • Recommending enhancements to SD data architecture for consideration by DPV and NH Steering Group.
  • Ensuring strong focus on data accuracy and clarity for end-users
  • Identifying additional post cancer treatment community service options in the catchment and update Cancer Community Support Services section in the current SD
