Service Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities
1. Liaise with team members, clients and vendors on service maintenance works.
2. Coordinate and manage maintenance programs.
3. Supervise routine service maintenance works according to the service schedule.
4. Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis when required.
5. Provide technical support to team members.
6. Prepare technical reports, checklists and service reports for the client.
7. Prepare quotations, proposals and service contracts as necessary to clients.
8. Respond and answer to breakdown calls.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
3. 1 to 2 years of experience with ACMV systems.
4. Have good communication and coordination skills.
5. Responsible and punctual.
6. Team player and fast learner.
7. Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
8. Able to work and adapt according to site requirements and work under high pressure
