We have an immediate opportunity available for a Service Engineer based in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics engineering.
  • 1-2 years with similar work experience (Fresh grads with the right mindset are welcome).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing laboratory analytical instrument is an advantage. This may include knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Must be able to quickly identify and resolve issues in a variety of situations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are essential.
  • Highly motivated individual capable of completing all assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid class 3 driving license and own vehicle is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality support to all customers’ technical enquiries.
  • Perform service tasks independently (eg: installation, commissioning, repair, preventive maintenance, relocation, etc) on-site and in-house.
  • Create, maintain and update various document reports in the CRM system in accordance with company requirements;
  • Providing excellent customer support. This includes responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns or complaints in a timely manner and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Effective collaboration and communication within the sales and service team to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Supporting the sales of service contract.
