Responsibilities:
Service and support Endress+ Hauser products on field or in the laboratory.
Visit customers showing the benefits and virtues of having the support of our service department.
Service management (equipment evaluation, commissioning, repairs, calibrations, training and follow-up of assigned customer service cases.
Receive and manage the information given in the transfer meetings with sales and/or projects for the good development of services.
Identify service sales opportunities
Active promotion of service sales opportunities.
Profile + Characteristics
Electrical, electronic, control and automation engineer.
Intermediate English
