We’re looking for a committed HVAC Service Engineer to become an integral part of our energetic team. This position provides a diverse and stimulating experience, involving both service provision and customer support during on-site visits.

Role and Responsibility:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of our air treatment equipment.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales support to our clients.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests.
• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of air treatment systems.
• Participate in an after-hours support rotation.
• Travel to regional locations as needed for job assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 3 years in ACMV/HVAC, particularly in facility or building maintenance.
• Proficiency in Mechanical & Engineering related work is desirable.
• Familiarity with standard industry network protocols for building automation is essential.
• Willingness to travel to regional destinations.
• Possess a valid Singapore Driving license (Class 3) is required.
• Fluent in written and verbal English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
