Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage the service team, providing technical guidance, support and mentorship as needed.
• Liaising with suppliers on technical information and procurement of items required based on project requirements.
• Initiate project meetings and work schedules.
• Conduct detailed planning and implement assigned projects successfully.
• Assist Service Team Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project.
• Liaise with customers and/or sub-contractors on the project matters
• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons on the related matters.
• Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard.
• Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate.
• Assist Service Team Manager on the tasks assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Engineering or Construction related field

Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained

• Min 2-3 year of experience in service, commissioning or engineering or related field
• Familiar with fire protection system (e.g fire alarm panel) will be in advantage
• Project handling experience will be considered an advantage
• Problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Team oriented and able to work independently
• Detailed oriented, multi –tasking and able to handle stress
• Proficient in MS Office & database with analytical skills
• Proficient in communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
