Service Engineer (m/f/d) in the office and Europe-wide field service.

YOUR SKILLS ARE WHAT COUNTS:

 Completed training as an electrical engineering technician or studies in electrical engineering.
 Experience in technical customer service
 Software affinity and confident handling of the common MS Office programs, experience
with the ERP system AX to your advantage
 Fluent German and fluent English, other foreign languages to your advantage
to your advantage
 Competent appearance and fun in dealing with people
 Diligence, proactivity and high service orientation
 Reliable, result-oriented and independent way of working
 High willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe (up to 80% travel activity); no weekends
 Valid class B driver’s license
 Residence in the Neuwied area

Responsibilities:

 Installation and commissioning of new equipment, as well as technical training of the
operating personnel
 Fulfillment of all work according to maintenance contracts (maintenance, calibration) of the
customer equipment on site
 Repair of the devices at the customer and at the site
 Competent support of our customers and distributors with technical issues and
questions concerning application, device handling, software and technical problems,
both on-site and remotely via email, phone or remote access (Teamviewer)
 Documentation and reporting of services provided
 Ongoing collaboration with your colleagues from internal sales and distribution
 Independent implementation of customer training courses
