• Travel to the customer site for hands-on troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to: drives, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), sensors, valves, basic mechanical and process
• Collaborate with internal or intercompany teams to assist customers in resolving technical issues.
• In the event of machine breakdown, clarify and document causes, assess the scope of damage/repair, determine corrective actions, and execute them in accordance with specifications.
• Evaluate the technical condition of equipment and systems, providing preventive maintenance advice to customers when necessary.
• Promote service products including modifications, spare parts, field services, training, audits, maintenance, and overhauls.
• Ensure timely creation and submission of reports upon task completion.
• Oversee Installation and Commissioning of blown film line.
