Description:

  • Respond to customer technical requests and provide them professional support including on-site repair and workshop repair.
  • Complete all planned Preventative Maintenance (PM) service on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.
  • Complete new installation with required check and test.
  • Maintain all related service documentation and keep all record in CRM system.
  • Assist sales and marketing team with pre-sale technical support.
  • Take responsibility for the effective management of the service area. This includes promoting new contract and liaising with the customer for renewals.
  • Maintain tools and test equipment properly and liaising with other team members to ensure they are calibrated.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining both parts and loaner inventories allocated to this location.
  • Share the responsibility with other engineers to take after-hour service calls.
