Description:

  • Provide presales consultation and assistance to the sales team to design the M-Connect system.
  • Manage the integration and optimization of Mindray M-Connect products, covering a diverse range such as patient monitors, anaesthetic machines, ventilators, defibrillators, ultrasound, and wearable devices.
  • Consult with healthcare institutions to design and implement end-to-end clinical workflows and dataflows, offering holistic solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hospital IT teams to request and assist in building tailored network environments for Mindray products, encompassing configurations like VM, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Install Mindray services and server into VM or physical PC.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HL7 integration interfaces, facilitating seamless communication between Mindray eGateway and third-party systems such as eMR, PACS, HIS, and other essential healthcare systems.
  • Perform Level 2 troubleshooting with a strong understanding of Windows events, device log files, and related technical components to ensure the optimal performance of Mindray M-Connect products.
  • Promote IT service contracts to new and existing customers as part of a value-added service.
