Responsibilities:

  • Performs repair and maintenance service work requested in accordance with approved quality/ efficiency standards
  • Performs accurate technical service support by answering phones / mails and client requests
  • Double checks warranty eligibility for repairs based upon requirements and information provided.
  • Completes accurate data entry with regards to repair program to properly document all repair/ non repair actions.
  • Adjusts, aligns, replaces and/ or repairs equipment and components following equipment manuals and drawings and using welding tools and other hand and power tools.
  • Technical assistance to clients and colleagues
  • Data analysis, find problems or hidden dangers through maintenance data, and give corresponding solutions or idea
  • Monitors all test gears calibration on regular basis and ensuring internal safety regulations.
  • Service and repair microphones, RF wireless system, headphones, audio equipment. Collate and identify systemic product issues for continuous improvemen
  • Maintain stock spare parts as per company guidelines, ensuring monthly stock count and facilitating yearly audit
  • Monitor repair cases and ensure that all repair cases to be complete in Turn-around-time as per global guidelines.
  • Develop Accredited Service Provider (ASP) skills through workshops & training on quality of repair work & identify counterfeit products. Provide ASP with Technical Support to handle all repair issues
  • Provide assistance on company events set-up and technical repair knowledge whenever required
  • Provide back-up support during the absence of Service Specialist
