Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
- Salary up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
- Monday – Friday
- 8.30am to 6pm
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- No experience required / Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to applyGood communication skills and willing to travel to client site
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least diploma in Info-comm/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Basic understanding in IoT, data processing, and communication infrastructure both software and hardware
- Able to work independently, pro-active and result driven
- Good communication skills
- Customer service oriented & able to handle difficult customerAble to commence immediately or within short notice
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on our Remote Monitoring System
- Handle customer enquires
- Assist with setup of configuration of Remote Monitoring System and understand customer needs
- Conduct presentation and training to customer
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
