Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure growth and profitability of the Service Department.
  • Handle service calls and provide prompt customer support.
  • Schedule and manage resources efficiently.
  • Supervise and develop the Service Department staff.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Manage debt collection for service department customers.
  • Assist in developing the Preventative Maintenance business.
  • Provide technical advice to potential customers.
  • Prepare quotations for products and services.
  • Coordinate service delivery with customers and service crews.
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance.
  • Maintain quality standards for service work.
  • Collaborate with other departments and managers.
  • Assist in detailing production paperwork.
  • Resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other parties.
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Report any relevant matters or incidents to the Directors.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
