Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Service Lead will architect and drive a world-class service function that fuels customer satisfaction and unlocks a new revenue stream for Fabrum. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Design a comprehensive service package with defined tiers, pricing models, and contracts that adapt to diverse product lines, locations, and service needs.
  • Establish a holistic service plan across maintenance schedules, service bulletins, upgrade options, and SLAs cover.
  • Develop and maintain an asset management system
  • Lead the creation and implementation of training programs and documentation libraries to ensure consistent exceptional service.
  • Develop and deploy standardized service processes, ticketing systems, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and IT functions to ensure a cohesive and high-performing service function.
  • Lead and grow a small team of service engineers and technicians in a fast-paced high growth environment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing service team.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing service processes, project management methodologies, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of service business models, pricing strategies, and revenue generation in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively and get things done.
  • Experience delivering service to complex and technical engineering products, ideally with multinational exposure
