ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone with proven experience working within an ITIL environment in a similar role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a commitment to quality standards, and a keen eye for detail. To this role you will additionally bring organisational skills and a process driven working style along with effective communication, both written and verbal.
QUALIFICATIONS/SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE
- ITIL Foundation qualification essential (V2, V3 or V4)
- Experience using Service Now or other ITSM toolsets.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities:
We have a great opportunity within our Business Information Systems (BIS) team for an individual to join the Service Delivery team as a Service Management Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract. Within this role you will be required to assist the Service Change Lead, BIS Supplier & Contracts Lead and Service & Transition Manager in providing effective and efficient IT Service Management with a specific focus on (but not limited to) ITIL processes such as Change Management and Problem Management.
