Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established, national provider of support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs to recruit a Service Manager for established service in Bradford. The successful candidate will have previous experience of running a residential service, with substantial experience and exposure to service users with a variety of conditions.
The Candidate
As the Service Manager, you will be reporting into the Regional Manager, and you will have overall responsibility for managing the service who support adults with learning disabilities, ASD, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. You will be responsible for all aspects of the resident’s care, providing management to the staff team to ensure the provision of a high standard of appropriate support and the effective delivery of quality services. You will work within the company’s Business Plan and performance measures ensuring that staff and services are properly and effectively managed supported to a high standard.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £40’000 per annum.
