    Flight Motors - Riverland Mitsubishi, GMW Haval, Suzuki has an opportunity for a self-motivated Service Manager to join a reputable dealership’s service department, within a friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the service department staff, ensuring they deliver high quality repairs as exceptional customer service
  • Oversee day to day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management
  • Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost effective quality repairs are carried out
  • Manage parts inventory and ordering process to ensure timely availability of required components
  • Develop and manage the service department budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve profitability goals
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure repairs meet industry standards and dealership expectations
  • Keep up to date with industry regulations and safety standards, ensuring compliance in all service operations
  • Value family time and work life style balanc

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Demonstrated experience within the automotive industry
  • Full current Australian driving licence
  • Ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Customer focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to analyse financial data, manage budgets, and achieve departmental profitability
  • Confident in using computer software for reporting and admin task
