  • Great people and leadership skills to lead, mentor and motivate the Service Team
  • Sound knowledge of workshop processes and procedures
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets and work under pressure
  • Hardworking, committed and highly organised
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
  • A drive to succeed

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Service Manager to join the Kia/Suzuki Team in Warwick Farm. To succeed in this role you will be a natural leader who enjoys a challenge.

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING;

  • Maximise and maintain growth opportunities whilst ensuring the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner
  • Ownership and accountability of the performance and daily activities of the Service department
  • Ensuring achievement of all internal KPI’s and manufacturer targets and dealer standards
  • Overall productivity of the team and ensuring all work has been completed and quality checked to the highest standards
  • Ensuring a quality customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers
  • Working closely with Sales and Parts departments
