REQUIREMENTS:
Good leadership skills, ability to lead and motivate others
At least 5 years of experience is required in running a service/workshop/maintenance operation in the services industry
A degree in technical or traffic engineering is good to have
Native Hungarian, intermediate English language skills
Excellent problem solving, communicational and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
He/she will be responsible for leading daily operations, particularly the Workshop / Repair / Service Operations and helping the Country Manager to focus more on business development, rationalization and taking the company to the next level.
