The Premier Collection is searching for an experienced Automotive Service Manager for our brand new Mazda White Plains location. We’re looking for someone with industry leading knowledge of service department operations. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department.
  • Maintain high customer service satisfaction ratings, as per company standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to ensure seamless operations and unified customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all Mazda service policies, procedures, and MBEP standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Continually improve processes for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the budget of the service department, including staffing and operating costs.
  • Track service metrics and goals to drive service department efficiency and profitability.
  • Train, guide, and manage a team of service personnel to ensure high quality and timely vehicle services and repairs.
