Description:

We deliver solutions that power convenience stores and gas stations worldwide. An established company with over 150 years of experience in the fuelling industry, we have an exciting position in our Norway business.
We are seeking a Service Manager who will lead and manage service technicians who provide reactive (installation/repair) and preventative maintenance to equipment and infrastructure at customer/partner sites – both EV chargers and traditional pumps committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Additionally, you will:

  • ensure all customer contractual (chargeable and unchangeable) work is undertaken and delivered by the technicians in line with agreed SLA/KPIs.
  • be the interface with customers of main service accounts, resolving issues, delivering monthly updates on service performance, plans and strategies.
  • drive material cost saving and resource efficiency initiatives across the service delivery operations.
  • identify training & development needs amongst the technician population.
  • working with your peers as a member of the senior leader team you will evolve and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement, collaborative working, personal development, and employee engagement.

To be successful in this role you will be a highly proactive individual with a background in in managing complex operations, have strong people-management experience. An understanding of the retail fuel environment and interest in technical/electrical and mechanic systems would be beneficial.
