SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years’ experience with various network applications – switching, routing, firewalls.
- 2+ years’ experience in a team leadership role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in the large and complex environment

As Service Manager - Networks, you will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the network service line. This includes leading teams managing switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi and cloud networking. You will act as an escalation point for incidents and service request within the Network service line.
The role is based out of Clayton and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership of the Network Data and Network Security teams and third party vendors
- Managing network and telecommunication supplier agreements with financial responsibility for cost
- Developing and executing the network and telecommunication roadmap to enhance services and security in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Recommend continuous improvement across the Connectivity and Platforms portfolio
- Attend and provide input to the regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meetings
- Implement preventive maintenance regimes across all equipment (hardware/software)
