SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience with various network applications – switching, routing, firewalls.
• 2+ years’ experience in a team leadership role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in the large and complex environment
• Results and outcome focused. Hands on pragmatic approach.

As Service Manager - Networks, you will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the network service line. This includes leading teams managing switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi and cloud networking. You will act as an escalation point for incidents and service request within the Network service line.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership of the Network Data and Network Security teams and third party vendors
• Managing network and telecommunication supplier agreements with financial responsibility for cost
• Developing and executing the network and telecommunication roadmap to enhance services and security in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Recommend continuous improvement across the Connectivity and Platforms portfolio
• Attend and provide input to the regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meetings
• Implement preventive maintenance regimes across all equipment (hardware/software)
