DISCOVER YOUR EXCITING ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Service Manager Non SAP m/f/d to join our team.
As a Service Manager Non-SAP, you will play a key role in owning, implementing and managing solutions within the Non-SAP domain. Your primary focus will be on continuously discovering, managing, optimizing, automating, protecting, and governing solution adoption to drive maximum business returns while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the primary technical representative for one or more services within the Non-SAP Domain across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Non-SAP services under management, including their components, dependencies, and interactions within the broader IT landscape
  • Participate in negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for Non-SAP services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT capabilities
  • Continuously evaluate service delivery processes and practices to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practice
  • Collaborate with the service owner to identify and prioritize service improvement opportunities, leveraging insights from both internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Provide input to the Continual Service Improvement process, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery processes, technologies, and capabilities within the Non-SAP domain.
