Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role you will bring your expertise to help the Service Account Managers develop and utilize strategic value selling of the service solutions, provide technical support & presentations and bring appropriate field resources together to solve any implementation issues with a “Customer First” approach. You will bring market insights back to the business to ensure feedback is being incorporated into the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact and “go to” resource for sales teams pre-quote and post-sales support. Provide strategy and content input for Request for Proposals.
- Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools and organizational skills to support them in maximizing our business and opportunities.
- Increase the expertise and motivation of the Service Account Managers by providing relevant and up-to-date information about the products and competition.
- Obtaining market insights from the field, detect business opportunities, and support the SAM’s in chasing sales opportunities.
- Facilitate communication to leadership about the market requirements and developments within Canada.
- Help lead the creation of the Marketing and Sales Strategic Plans. Creates localized assets and content for the Service Account Managers. Lead all new product introductions to the Canadian market.
- Capture, assess and act on win/loss analysis.
- Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN.
