Are you passionate about network services and contributing to the operational success of a dynamic company? National Service Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Network Service Recruiter.

SUMMARY

The Service Network Recruiter responsibilities includes actively finding qualified service providers, educating them on our service standards, evaluating them, influencing them to join our repair network, and completing all necessary steps to add them to the system. This role acts as a representative for the company and will demonstrate high energy, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This role will provide identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process for all stakeholders.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years of servicer recruiting experience, claims adjudication or experience working within the service industry for consumer or home products.
  • The ability to understand how service providers will use the NSA system in order to effectively educate during the onboarding process.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
  • The ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with prospective service providers via email and phone
  • Effectively explain National Service Alliance’s (NSA) repair processes, and standards of service
  • Interview service providers using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Evaluate service providers to determine suitability for NSA’s service network through research (reviewing social media, servicer review sites, local government sites, etc.)
  • Articulate value proposition to service providers who are interested in the opportunity to receive dispatches from NSA and keep them engaged
  • Effectively guide and assist service providers through onboarding processes in a timely manner.
  • Effectively track and follow up with service provider leads throughout the onboarding process
