  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

As a Cyber Service Operations/Delivery Analyst, who will support the Cyber Service Operations/Delivery Manager in managing the lifecycle of services from design through to implementation. This entry-level position will involve assisting in change management processes, service transition, demand management and maintaining service design integrity. You will contribute to reporting and analytics efforts to ensure optimal service delivery and continuous improvement of both delivery and operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Service Design: Assist in the development and refinement of services to ensure alignment with business requirements and customer needs.
  • Service Transition Support: Help manage and document the transition of services from development to operational status, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
  • Change Management Assistance: Participate in the change management process, helping to ensure changes are implemented effectively and meet compliance standards.
  • Support Operational Processes: Assist in the management and optimization of daily operational processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Demand Management: Participate in the internal Demand management process to ensure all demands are processed & delivered as requested within acceptable timescales and expectations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports, helping to analyze service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Support communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of service changes and updates.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to projects aimed at improving service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
