Bühler Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as Service Operations Coordinator. This position will be responsible to accelerate the execution of orders to fulfill the forecasted turnover, report out the deliverables & provide operational support for business tools.

Tasks

  • Conduct regular coordination with internal departments to confirm forecasted figures
  • Take the necessary steps with the execution team to accelerate order processing, ensuring shipments and invoicing occur within the designated timelines
  • Verify that all orders receive commercial clearance within the established standard time frames
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive weekly turnover forecast presentation
  • Liaise with various teams to collect essential information for the compilation of accurate reports
  • Systematically prepare, maintain, and refine reports and presentations as needed
  • Ensure timely submission of reports into the company’s internal databases, knowledge bases, and network platforms
  • Provide operational assistance for business tools such as CRM and SAP
  • Execute and facilitate internal training sessions focused on the effective use of business tools
  • Administer and organize internal communication channels, including email inboxes

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in the field of specialization
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent communication skill in English language

  • Able to work independently and within specified guidelines or processes
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables
