Description:
POSITION SUMMARY / PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This candidate will be the key support for system operation and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate will assist senior team members with support the maintenance and update of an existing pharmacy Automation System. This System is the first in region to integrate different high-speed automated dispensing machines and robotics, smart conveyors and even industrial robot armatures and assembling industry. Pharmacy Automation System has transformed the way prescriptions are traditionally filled in the pharmacy.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Industrial and System Engineer/ Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in system operation support
- Candidates should have strong analytical and able to work independently
- Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
- Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
- ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service-oriented experience / background is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
- Fresh Graduates are welcome for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidate will assist senior team members with support the maintenance and update of an existing pharmacy application.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to analyze and optimize service delivery processes, streamline work processes, and eliminate bottlenecks to enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze application logs, usage reports, performance, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to aid in the service transformation initiatives.
- Propose and develop standard operating guides, manuals, policies, and procedures. To collaborate and work closely with the project team, vendors and business partners to provide appropriate training to provide operations support for the systems.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Ensuring set objectives and agreements/service delivery and operations meets or exceeds agreed-upon metrics. Also to maintain quality standards.
- Responsible for the effective and timely communication of issues, incidents, new releases and outages.
- Must be available 24/7 and provide rotational on-call support including nights, weekends and holidays. On-call support may require immediate action until impact resolution has been achieved.The candidate is a keen learner, and able to apply structured, analytical thinking for functional and technical issues troubleshooting. The candidate is a strong team player, who communicates his/her ideas and gets along with others easily.
