Roster: 7 days, 7 nights, 14 off – FIFO ex. Perth, Busselton, Broome, Kununurra, Port Hedland
Fortescue is seeking an experienced Service Person.
This position is with the Excavator Maintenance Department at Christmas Creek Mine Site. The role is for a Lubrication Technician, reports to the Excavator Maintenance Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Forklift licence
- Telehandler Licence
- A proactive reliability work ethic
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Works well in a team environment
- Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
- A Manual C-class Australian driver’s licence (HR desirable)
- SAP skills are an advantage.
- Proven experience on CAT and Liebherr excavators is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine lubrication maintenance on 400 Tonne class excavators. Liebherr and CAT
- Collecting oil samples and submitting for analysis
- Maintain department assests on a monthly roster
- Reporting and management of lubrication improvements
- Maintaining lubrication tools and equipment
- Routine housekeeping and consumable stocktake
- Support in Shuts for both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining a high standard of work
- Continues training and development to meet key milestones
