    Rentokil Initial is looking for a self-motivated and energetic person who is keen to step into the role of Service Coordinator / Planner in Welington Location. Reporting to the Local Service Manager, this is a pivotal role and you will be the “go to person” for the team.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

  • Supporting the team to ensure that the customer experience is up to scratch, your focus will be on service delivery through solid planning strategy;
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service.
  • Working closely with supervisors and technicians to continually review performance against Service delivery goals and ensure best practice;

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Have a “can do attitude” and be solution focused to always deliver for the Customer
  • Have strong organisational and coordination skills, and a keen attention to detail;
  • Be IT savvy and have good computer skills;
