Description:
GENERAL PROFILE
The Common Solutions Service Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated candidate who has the technical and business acumen to drive semiconductor equipment service product and capabilities to success. The ideal candidate will engage with cross-functional teams to define goals, roadmaps, and formulate strategies to drive value creation for unique service products and capabilities.
This role requires an engineering degree, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and experience performing data analysis using software packages. Knowledge of semiconductor industry and exposure to equipment modules, such as robotics and controls would be a plus. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE
General knowledge of Semiconductor Equipment and Processing. Exposure to Server Controls and Robotics is a plus.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Explain difficult or sensitive information; build consensus.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline, additional business qualifications are plus.

Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of service continuity strategies including part obsolescence, replacements, and forecasting models.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling across key service and spares business areas. Provide investment recommendations based on service and support needs.
- Coordinate with intracompany teams to align on service product roadmaps, drive new service capability development and market proliferation.
- Incorporate marketing requirements, business processes and elements of technical design to commercialize service solutions.
- Provide guidance on pricing, spares strategies, and restricted part orders. Manage service and spares continuity.
- Assist in analytics capability development to drive business process improvement.
