We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Service Project Manager to follow up services and after-sales activities for projects in the South East Region.

REQUIREMENTS

Linked hierarchically to the Director of Sécheron Singapore, you will also be directly linked to the project management team and quality department for QA/QC purposes.

Main activities:

  • Support customers for requests in relation with maintenance activities.
  • Support for preparation of quotation for site intervention / training / spare parts.
  • Coordination between the quality department located in Europe, clients, suppliers, site engineers and PM to lead technical investigations, determine root causes and put on place an action plan.
  • Preparation of detailed presentations to the customers.
  • Scheduling of interventions. Gather, with the help of the project team, the necessary information to carry out the mission.
  • Check reports after each intervention mentioning purpose of the intervention, analysis and job done on site, and prepare action plan if needed.
  • Cost control per resolution.
  • Deliver projects within time frame, cost and quality.
  • KPI linked to development of services activities.
  • Measure of customers’ satisfaction.
  • Feedback and return of experience to the design team and quality team.
  • Respect of the department’s work procedures and archiving.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 years of relevant experience from a similar Project manager or customer support position.
  • Electrical and electronic engineering background.
  • Candidate should have proven experience in railway field.
  • Capability to speak in English is mandatory.
  • Flexibility of planning and ability to travel at any given time in the South East Asia.
