YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You are comfortable doing repeated tasks as we operate a Service request entry point
  • You have good communication skills
  • You can operate in a small global team, where much communication and interaction are done online
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • Embrace safety and quality in all aspects of daily work
  • Ability to evaluate numerical data and identify trends in a uniform way

Responsibilities:

  • Initial screening and mature ECM (Engineering Change Management) requests
  • Assess request ticket content validity/correctness
  • Communication with the requestors as needed for clarification
  • Collect needed data according to requirements from execution tracks to enable smooth screening and execution
  • Prioritize critical requests
  • Participate in a team effort to constantly maintain and optimize our entry point portal
  • Participate in a team effort to constantly maintain and optimize our process serving the business and our direct internal interfaces
  • Participate in a team effort to constantly avoid backlog creation in the entry portal
