Description:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- You are comfortable doing repeated tasks as we operate a Service request entry point
- You have good communication skills
- You can operate in a small global team, where much communication and interaction are done online
- You speak and write English fluently
- Embrace safety and quality in all aspects of daily work
- Ability to evaluate numerical data and identify trends in a uniform way
Responsibilities:
- Initial screening and mature ECM (Engineering Change Management) requests
- Assess request ticket content validity/correctness
- Communication with the requestors as needed for clarification
- Collect needed data according to requirements from execution tracks to enable smooth screening and execution
- Prioritize critical requests
- Participate in a team effort to constantly maintain and optimize our entry point portal
- Participate in a team effort to constantly maintain and optimize our process serving the business and our direct internal interfaces
- Participate in a team effort to constantly avoid backlog creation in the entry portal
