We are looking for a Service Sales Account Manager to join our team in the BeNeLux region (preferred in the area of Breda)
The Service Sales Account Manager is accountable for representing Vertiv and its corporate values whilst driving growth and profitability within assigned accounts (and/or) Region.
He/she is responsible for implementing the Vertiv Service sales strategy and working with peers, local Service organisations, and other internal functions to meet and exceed Customer expectations.
Essential Job Functions
- Achieve and Exceed Service Sales targets for assigned Accounts/Region.
- Maintain and expand existing relationships ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction at all times.
- Using the comprehensive range of Vertiv products and solutions, you will work directly with customers to provide vision and strategy to fit with their current and future requirements.
- Work closely with existing and potential customers on Lifecycle Planning providing both technical and budgetary advice.
- Define customer needs that support the Vertiv vision to drive additional opportunities that support pipeline growth with selected clients, end users and accounts.
- Engage with stakeholders at senior level in major key accounts to drive full portfolio revenue streams
- Anticipates Commercial and Technical needs, investigate underlying causes and identify short- and longer-term solutions
- Adhere to service sales pricing policies and quotation preparation arrangements to ensure consistency and a professional offering to the customer.
- Proactive liaison and negotiation with customers regarding follow up of outstanding quotations.
- Analyse and interpret engineering reports and provide required customer recommendations.
- Create and maintain Service Account Plans and Service Activity Plans both short and long term.
- Work with other business leads to ensure that sales opportunities are maximised across all LOB’s
- Work with Marketing to increase market share in key sector areas and improve market awareness.
Contribute to the monitoring of the market, identify new business opportunities and propose and drive Service Action/|Account Plans.Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company Code of Conduct and Trade Compliance.
