Service Sales Manager (IOT/CCTV)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Service Department for business growth and profitability, including service calls, staff management, sales, debt collection, and coordination with production.
• Develop Preventative Maintenance business.
• Provide technical advice and prepare quotations for Company products.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with management for common objectives and growth opportunities.
• Resolve disputes and handle invoicing.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of Business-Related experience in it
• Strong product knowledge in the IOT industry and computer skills.
• Effective time management and communication.
• Organizational proficiency and problem-solving ability.
