This position will hold responsibility for nurturing and supporting existing business throughout EMEA for the Bio-Techne Portfolio. In this position you will be expected to maintain an extremely high level of customer and market knowledge.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- An understanding of the Life Science Market
- Fluent in English. Second Language like French or German is a plus
- Demonstrable experience of working within a customer care/sales environment with a strong commercial focus.
- Experience of using own initiative and working in a target driven environment.
- Ability to track return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Possess excellent IT skills; including experience of working with databases, Office Outlook, using Excel and Word are essential.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with our existing customers to support their continued purchase of instrument service contracts. Generate appropriate quotes and drives service sales through a positive and collaborative relationship
- Ensuring SFDC database is regularly updated, and all information logged accordingly.
- Identify and deploy expiring contract data
- Use a selection of channels to support and develop new/existing business opportunities, including live in bound enquiries via the website, outbound cold calls, in bound/out bound emails and social media.
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical and Account Managers to execute bespoke projects to drive revenue.
- Identifying business growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Management team
- generate Service repair quotes and work close with the customer and FSE until PO has been received
