Description:

This pivotal role is designed for a leader who excels in managing service operations and teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while contributing to our mission of creating sustainable employment opportunities, especially within Indigenous communities across Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage service teams across shifts, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service department, implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any cross-functional challenges.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize service coverage and response times.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues, providing solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.
