Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the guest reservation system
- Set table according to type of event and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relations with the team
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in Point-of-Sale System (POS) which relays orders to the kitchen
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- Perform cashiering duties
- Any ad hoc duties as request by Manage
