THE OPPORTUNITY:

Seeking a proactive Service Supervisor to lead our small workshop, you’ll ensure adherence to our Customer Support Charter while driving efficiency and compliance.
Your role includes managing WIP, optimising team productivity, and analysing KPIs to enhance revenue and expense performance. Leading training initiatives aligned with regional standards, you’ll keep our team ahead of the curve.
You’ll also seize opportunities to expand revenue with existing and new clients.
