Tests, calibrates and repairs electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company. Work is typically performed at an Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals. Evaluates assignments and determines actions required Tasks involve analysis and new/ customized approaches Solves complex problems requiring breadth/ depth of knowledge of repair, calibration, refurbishment and preventative maintenance techniques/ equipment, processes
