Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Carry out scheduled maintenance on automatic door parts, mechanical and electronic access control system.
- Handle on-site commissioning and troubleshooting work on as well as system diagnostics for ensuring smooth operation.
- Providing service and customer support during field visits.
- Making appropriate recommendations and feasible solutions to clients.
- Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance.
- Complete and file all required paperwork associated with services and repairs.
