SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You will need a valid, unrestricted Driver’s Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category;
• You will hold a Construction White Card;
• Have previous demonstrated experience using hand and power tools;
• Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;
• Trade qualifications desirable

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bradnam’s Windows and Doors are pleased to offer a position for a Service Technician based in Ashmore. You will positively contribute to the success of the Branch by installing manufactured products in a safe and timely manner. Provide great customer service at install and actively work to maintain great customer service delivery.

Service Technicians will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Interpreting work plans and paperwork, measuring and installing Bradnam’s products for customers on a variety of different work sites;
• Conduct site assessments and rectify any issues with products where necessary;
• Communicate with customers regarding the service and install of their products;
• Glazing of glass products;
• Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work within a broader team environment;
• Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures
