Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service Technician is responsible for repairing custom and stand (off the shelf) hearing instrument and accessories.
  • Performing service activities on products received from the customers including diagnosis, programming, cleaning and repairing devices, creating service quotes for out-of-warranty repairs, generating and or updating records of performed activities in service documentation and in ERP system.
  • Supporting Operations employees in processing service orders incl. mail opening, order entry, log-out of the system, preparing shipments.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

  • General understanding of electronic diagrams, technical data sheets and work instructions.
  • Good understanding of hearing aids and related accessories technology and standards (desired).
  • Previous experience in Operations (production or service) or Hearing Care retail (desired)
  • Strong dexterity (hands-on) skills.
  • Strong soldering skills.
