Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical engineering related discipline. Electronics and electrical knowledge or experience preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of working experience, fitness industry experience is a bonus.
  3. Possess class 2B and/or class 3 driving licence and own transport preferred .
  4. Initiative and willingness to learn.
  5. Experience in customer relationship management.
  6. Dedication to providing great customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Service & Maintenance of fitness equipment
  2. Repair & Trouble-shooting service
  3. Assembling & Dismantling of fitness equipment
  4. Handle warranty claims & parts ordering
