Service Technician (IOT/CCTV)

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and retrofit automatic door parts.
• Assess automatic entrances, recommend parts replacements, and provide site reports.
• Test, commission, decommission, and assess risk for all automatic entrance systems.
• Advise on upgrades and solutions for existing automatic door entrances.
• Maintain a service vehicle and ensure cleanliness.
• Stay updated on product information and technical know-how.
• Keep tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements:

• Ability to identify and diagnose problems accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
• Class 3 driving license
• Safety boot is required.
